Welcome to our website! As ordinary citizens we invite you to join the Citizen Coalition for RDA Reform in our fight to reform the abuse of RDAs by municipalities, big developers, and large corporations. We believe that even one person can make a difference, and as a Coalition we can be a powerful force that can effect change. We invite you to explore our website with the purpose of educating yourselves about RDAs, how they are abused, how they affect Utah schools and taxpayers, how to track the RDA Bills, and ultimately how you can effect change to RDA law.

Our Mission. Our mission is twofold: First, to educate the citizens of Utah on what Redevelopment Agencies are, how municipalities abuse them, and how that abuse affects our schools and the citizens as taxpayers. Second, to effect change by providing the tools to help citizens understand how they can influence RDA reform.

Our Goal. Our Coalition is a non-partisan, grassroots citizens group whose goal is to get legislation passed during the current 2005 legislative session that eliminates local customer Retail out of RDAs and/or allows school districts to opt in or out of an RDA based on its merits. We would appreciate your help.
